Job Overview:

As Director of Business Development, you are expected to identify new opportunities in the Healthcare space, build pipelines, and deliver against a sales target with quality, profitable, and sustainable wins. You will have a demonstrable track record in facilitating early-stage discussions and progressing them from prospect to close.   In this process, your focus will be to understand the client’s business and the challenges they face so that they can respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to augment the revenue growth of ThinkBio.Ai in the healthcare industry
  • Lead and deliver early-stage discussions/pitches, developing them – handhold opportunities from prospects to sign off
  • Develop and maintain a target lead list and groom them to be potential accounts
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers at target clients, identifying opportunities that match our solutions
  • Ensure an updated pipeline is maintained in CRM and follow the sales process
  • Building compelling value propositions (content and materials) that support the business development process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and significant Healthcare-related experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in selling software products, solutions, or services to the healthcare industry, preferably in the clinical areas
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of sales best practices and a client-focused outlook with an ability to provide the right solution for the customer
  • Proven track record of success in selling high-value complex deals within the target vertical, owning an established network of clients and contacts
  • Expertise in interacting with C-Level Executives, ability to convey the value proposition of ThinkBio.Ai’s solutions/services
  • Ability to take a lead role in opportunity qualification, win strategies, commercials, and solutions
  • Must possess strong leadership and communication skills and sound business judgment. Previous management experience is required
