Manager – Finance and FP&A

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager-Finance and FP & A to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of assisting with the accounts and finance functions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s major business decisions and overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the Accounts & finance functions of the company by overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirement of the company & its subsidiaries
• Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures
• Ensure that all statutory requirements of the company are met
• To ensure smooth conduct of internal / statutory audits/Govt audit
• Manage treasury, cash flow for the company on a consolidated basis 
• Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership abreast of company’s financial status
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and continued monitoring & review of performance against them to enable robust reporting of variances to the senior management.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure
• Ensure timely recovery of receivables as per the terms of contracts
• Effectively manage and develop the Finance department and review performance of individuals in the team
• Liaise with different departments to ensure that the Finance department properly supports the needs of the operating businesses

Qualifications

• CA with about 5-6 years’ experience
• Software product/services industry experience along with SEZ experience is an added advantage
• US GAAP/ IND AS/ IFRS experience is necessary 
• Exposure to multiple aspects of finance and accounting, with hands-on experience in accounting
• Familiar with regulatory aspects and ability to handle and interface with legal teams.
