Product Manager – Clinical Healthcare AI Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and management of our innovative clinical healthcare AI-based solutions. Our products are designed to enhance the decision-making process for physicians, streamline patient intake and triaging, support chronic care management, and integrate seamlessly with existing EMR systems, among others. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare by ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven clinical decision support systems, patient intake and triaging tools, disease-specific modules, chronic care management solutions and other products.
• Engage with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks to gather insights, understand needs, and ensure successful product adoption and integration.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to drive product innovation and ensure our offerings are aligned with market demands.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of our products with existing EMR systems and other healthcare delivery software.
• Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring that our products are intuitive, easy to use, and add value to both healthcare providers and patients.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and standards of care, ensuring that our products comply with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Lead product launch efforts, including the development of go-to-market strategies, training materials, and sales support documentation.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare technology, clinical decision support systems, or AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare technology products.
• Prior professional experience working within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare networks is highly desirable. Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders in these environments is crucial.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, EMR systems (such as Epic and Cerner), and healthcare IT integration.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare industry trends, standards of care, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration).

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to the UK market and healthcare systems will be preferred.
• A master’s degree will be a plus.
